Proof Process and Order Approval

Email Confirming Order
SwagMakers will send an email confirming that your order has been received. We will work with you to complete any open items.

We'll notify you after we review your artwork.

Proof Email
We will send you a proof asking for approval to print.

Revision
We'll revise the proof if needed.

Proof Approval
We will not begin production until you have approved the proof.

Order Approval
We will not begin production until all information is complete for the order to go into production.
Order Production

As soon as all information is complete and proof approved we will start the production process.

Printing
We will print your product using our dye sublimation process.

Assembly
We will make your product in our factory.

Shipping
We will ship your order within 5 to 7 business days after Order Approval.
Order Transit To Destionation

Your order will be ready for pick-up by the carrier you've chosen 5 to 7 business days after Order Approval.

Carrier
Carriers pick up orders at our loading dock every business day Monday through Friday.

Transit
Once the packages have been given to the carrier, we have no control over transit times regardless of the shipping method.

Delays in Transit
Holidays, Weather, and other unpredictable factors may cause delays in transit - We cannot guarantee how long it will take a package to reach its destination.
