What is SwagMakers?
SwagMakers is a dye sublimation manufacturer of promotional products. All products are printed and assembled by a SwagMaker in-house. Wholesale pricing is available through our B2B Buyer Applciation. Volume pricing is available at retail and B2B levels.
What types of Artwork files are accepted?
PO and artwork can be uploaded if they are one file. If you have two separate art works being imprinted on a single item then the second art file would have to be in the same document or emailed to Art@Swagmakers.com
- Submit artwork as vector files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, or .PDF)
- Convert all text to curves/outlines before submitting
- Set document color mode to CMYK
- If specific colors are required, call out all colors as PANTONE® PMS® values
Alternate File Formats (Non-Vector) – Full Color Decoration Process Only
If vector artwork is unavailable for decoration methods with full color printing process, we may accept high-resolution non-vector files, including:
- GIFs, JPEGs, PNGS, TIFFs
- Must be at least 600 DPI resolution
Important: Non-vector files may result in poor print quality. If clarity is insufficient, our team may contact you to request a vector version or a higher-resolution file
Can I check my Order Status?
Once Artwork is recieved and confirmed as usable for our templating and digital process an then your proof is confirmed for production. You will get tracking info once the item is ready to ship.
Shipping questions
Can I Ship Blind?
Yes if you want to ship blind we can ship it to the address that you have indicated as being the sender.
Can I ship on my own account?
You can ship on your own account if you provide the shipping account number and in the special instructions portion of you order or via chat you indicate the zip code for the shipping account number you have provided. The Shipping accounts we can ship on for carriers are UPS and FedEx.
Do you ship international?
We can ship internationally on a request basis as there is more information that a customer must provide for international shipments. Online orders can only place orders for destinations within the continental United States.
Returns questions
What is your policy on refunds?
Print on Demand Products and Sample Kit orders are not refundable.
What happens if my shipment is rerouted back to you?
Address is corrected and another shipment is produced. This may be subject to an additional fee to produce another shipping label.
What happens if I need to change the shipping address of an order.
A shipping address can be changed before an items tracking and label are created. It cannot be changed once the item(s) leave our factory.
